Vinyl Flooring Explanation & Price

Glue Down Luxury Vinyl Planks

Glue Down Luxury Vinyl is the most popular Flooring being sold today. Glue Down is great for rental homes, selling the homes and there is a fantastic selection for those of you who want a rich wood look in your home without paying a fortune. This is also a great Do-It-Yourself Flooring, for those of you who are handy Weekend Warriors.

$2.25/ft to $5.00/ft.

In this Video I show you what you can expect to pay for new vinyl flooring.

Click N Lock Floating Floor Luxury Vinyl Flooring

Click N Lock or Floating Floors are really great for upstairs and going over cracked or bad slabs. It doesn’t require as much floor prep as traditional Glue Down Luxury Vi- nyl. There is a really wide selection of looks and styles to choose from. You can also install it over tile but we don’t recommend it. That’s a good idea that usually backfires when it comes to transitions, your dishwasher, doors and base- boards.

Budget $3.60/ft to $5.50/ft

Tile Tear Out

For regular tile tear out it’s about $2.50/ft. For Dustless it’s $3.50. There is other types of tile like Saltillo or Marble that may be more expensive. You can save a lot of money by doing it yourself but the cost your body will pay may not be worth it. It’s very hard physical work and your insides won’t feel the same for a couple weeks.

Budget $2.50/ft to $3.50/ft
